Anger can be Healthy

When we manage our physical health, we also need to manage our emotional health so we can be a healthy person generally. One way to maintain our emotional health is about anger management. Anger maybe a problem for all people, but rather than just buried it, we should released our anger sometimes to avoid an explosion.


The scientists found that the anger can increase blood flow to parts of the brain associated with happiness. In a study conducted by experts from Spain is known that the left hemisphere of the brain (hemisphere) is more stimulated when someone is angry.
